This is a group for Moms or mommy to bes who like to or need to workout. We will meet mostly at Campion trail , and you can bring your little ones or come by yourself. You can walk or run, and during the summer I would like to bring in volunteers to teach aerobic or kick boxing or any kind if classes. I am so excited to meet other Moms and build relationships that will last.

We practice yoga postures with an emphasis on inner stillness and meditation.  This is a wonderful class for relieving stress and restoring a sense of inner well being.  This class is not appropriate for children under 14 years. It lasts an hour and is beginner friendly. This is not like yoga at a fitness club - there is nothing to prove here.  The focus is spiritual, we practice in silence (no music) and we're working with our minds as much as our bodies.
